Lead data that you input into the LeverLoop Program (your leads' information, follow-up history, and engagement records) will be deleted upon account termination unless you export it beforehand. We recommend exporting your data before canceling your subscription.

The LeverLoop Program sends follow-up messages to inbound leads on your behalf. We are committed to responsible messaging practices and compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and equivalent regulations. Users of the LeverLoop Program agree to only send follow-ups to leads who have provided their information through legitimate inbound channels and to honor all opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these requirements.

Our Service is designed for business users and is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
